A NOTE TO OUR LBB COMMUNITY

 

 

 

 

We truly hope you are all well and taking the necessary precautions to be safe during this time. We know that many of you may be worried, if not for yourselves, maybe your loved ones. Let us use this time to reflect and practice self-care. Take a warm bath. Read that book that has been sitting there. Listen to your favorite music, do crafts with the kids but whatever you choose; take a moment to unwind and recoup.

In light of all that is happening globally, we would like to share with you our tactics in ensuring our Standard of Care in handling our packages.

​

1. We have and always had a process in place whereby our LBB stations and the areas used to prepare your packages are sanitized before and after use.

​

2. LBB and all of our Shipping Team partners assure us they wear protective gear which includes gloves. We are and have always been precautious with how we and our partners handle our packages.

​

3. We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS to ship out the packages. We have little control over how our carriers deliver.

With that said, we strongly advise that when receiving your packages, you discard the box that your goodies arrive in. Please always follow the steps by washing your hands for 20 seconds with warm water and soap.

​

UPDATE 4/20/2021- GOOD NEWS! Package deliveries are getting much better but we all still need to be a bit patient and please let your customers know their items will ship but they may have a slight delay or no delay at all.  All shipping carriers are still doing their best under these circumstances and depending on each state and its policies.

​

We still ask that you all practice social distancing as each state opens up to some capacity.
