Brand Name Usage & Representation

Gift Consultants may NOT use any of the Company’s legal or trade names —

“La Bella Baskets LLC,” “La Bella Baskets,” or “La Bella Baskets and Gifts” — in any manner that suggests ownership of, corporate control over, or official representation of the Company on any external platform.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Google Business Profile / Google Maps listings

• Better Business Bureau (BBB) profiles

• Yelp, Trustpilot, Angi/Angie’s List, Nextdoor, or similar review sites

• Facebook Pages, Instagram bios, LinkedIn company pages, X/Twitter profiles, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or other social-media properties

• Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, or any e-commerce marketplace storefront

• Glassdoor, Indeed Company Pages, or other employment/recruiting sites

• Press releases, print ads, radio spots, podcasts, or any paid media

 

Gifts Consultants may reference the brand conversationally (e.g., “Independent Gift

Consultant with La Bella Baskets & Gifts”) only in the manner expressly permitted in the Consultant Agreement and branding guidelines. All other uses require prior written approval from Corporate.

 

This is a direct violation of our branding policy and terms of service. We must insist that you immediately remove any such references and discontinue the use of the company name in any misleading manner.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including

termination of your consultant status.
