Commission -  Payments

You will be paid as an independent contractor.  Payment is made by direct deposit.

 

  • Your commission from the 1st to the 15th  will be paid on the 1st of the following month.

  • Your commission from the 16th - 31st will be paid on the 15th of the following month

 

*Commission Threshold:

All accrued commission must be equal to or greater than $15.00 for a commission check

(or direct deposit) to be generated. If for any given pay period your commission is below the $15.00 threshold that commission will

roll forward to the next pay period until a minimum of $15.00 is accrued.

 

Payroll - Set up Direct Deposit

The commission is paid out on the 1st and the 15th of each month. There is a threshold of $15.

The pay period is the 1st - 15th and 16th - end of the month and are held back 2 weeks.

 

Example:

Pay Period June 1st - 15th   is paid out July 1st

Pay Period June 16th - 30th/ 31st is paid out July 15th

 

If the 1st and the 15th land on the weekend or on a Federal holiday, payment will be issued on the next working business day!

 

YOU MUST Set Up Direct Deposit!

Login to your back office > Left-hand side menu select My Earnings > My Earning Options > Direct Deposit> Submit

Fill out your banking information in order for the commission to be issued.

*If you need to change credit card information for your monthly membership or banking information for your direct deposit please you must email Banking and Credit from your SECURE back office with all the information.

*If you have to update your Direct Deposit banking info you must let corporate know.

1099 IRS Form

You will also receive a 1099 form to submit with your personal taxes at the end of the year by LaBella Baskets if you

earned $600 or more during the calendar year.  
 

Willable Business

Your La Bella Baskets & Gifts business is a willable business.  This means that your business will be able to

pass on to your children or loved ones.  

 

Succession

Upon the death or incapacitation of a Consultant, his or her business may be passed to his or her heirs.  Appropriate legal

documentation must be submitted to the Company to ensure the transfer is proper. Accordingly, a Consultant should consult an

attorney to assist him or her in the preparation of a will or other testamentary instrument.  Whenever a La Bella Baskets business

is transferred by a will or other testamentary process, the beneficiary acquires the right to collect all bonuses and commissions

of the deceased Consultant’s marketing organization provided the following qualifications are met.  The successor(s) must:

 

·         Execute a Consultant Agreement;

·         Comply with terms and provisions of the Agreement;

·         Meet all of the qualifications for the deceased Consultant’s status;

·         The devisee must provide La Bella Baskets with an “address of record” to which all bonus and commission checks will be sent;

·         If the business is bequeathed to joint devisees, they must form a business entity and acquire a Federal Taxpayer Identification

Number.  La Bella Baskets will issue all bonus and commission checks and one 1099 to the business entity.

 

Transfer Upon Death of a Consultant

To effect a testamentary transfer of a La Bella Baskets business, the executor of the estate must provide the following to La Bella Baskets:

(1) an original death certificate; (2) certified letters testamentary or a letter of administration appointing an executor; and (3) written

instructions from the authorized executor to La Bella Baskets specifying to whom the business and income should be transferred.

 

Transfer Upon Incapacitation of a Consultant

To effectuate a transfer of a La Bella Baskets business because of incapacity, the successor must provide the following to La Bella Baskets:

(1) a notarized copy of an appointment as trustee; (2) a notarized copy of the trust document or other documentation establishing the

trustee’s right to administer the La Bella Baskets business; and (3) a completed Consultant Agreement executed by the trustee.

**Willable Agreement Will Be Honored As Long As Company (La Bella Baskets, LLC ) is in operation.**

Username: please use your ID# and the

Password: you created when you first signed up

 

  • Customizing Your Site (Add your photo and bio) 

  • Login to the back office 

  • Select My Site Options

  • Select  Update Site Settings Options

  • Scroll down and Add Photo and "about your" to your website.

Note:  If you have any questions about uploading your bio, please email us at support@labellabaskets.com  and we can upload it for you.

Double-check your information that is in the back office.

  • Login to the back office 

  • Select My Site Options

  • Select Update Site Settings Options

  • Double-check that your information (such as your social and mailing address are correct). 

Note:  This is the information that payroll will use to mail your commission checks.

 

Q).  Can I brand my name?  

A).  Yes, you can purchase a domain name (around $7.00 a year) and have it forwarded to your La Bella Baskets website.  

This way you will be branding your name and store.  Many consultants like Godaddy because they are available 24/7

and they are very helpful.

Example: You picked https://fungifts.labellabaskets.com you can buy the domain name www.fungifts.com and have this forwarded to https://fungifts.labellabaskets.com. You then use www.fungifts.com on all marketing material. Easier for the customers to remember and looks professional on your business cards but this an option! Make sure your emails that customers will be viewing are professional as well maybe match your username.

 

Q).   Can I change my website name?

A).   Yes.

  • Login to the back office 

  • Select My Site Options

  • Select Update Site Settings Options

  • Scroll down and you will see Replicated Site Name  (delete the current name and click on SUBMIT)

  • Make sure you email Support@labellabaskets.com with the new name so we can update our admin.
